Hello, I’m Jennifer.
I help busy, high-level professionals stay organized, informed, and successful.
You’re invited to learn more about me as a potential recruit for your company. Please take a moment to explore the Home, Credentials, and Career Story pages, to get a better sense of who I am, and how I may be the right fit to support you.
My Approach
Flexible
I believe that serving in an administrative capacity means being able to pivot and fill a need to the best of my ability. To expand my own knowledge, not only for personal growth, but to ensure that I can bring new expertise to my position. My goal is to become the point of contact to whom you can delegate tasks and projects ranging from small to big.
Organized
To remain effective, I strive to be organized. Duties such as time-management, calendar management, scheduling, filing, task-management, and goal-setting, all require organization skills.
Reliable
To serve as someone’s “right hand,” an assistant must be diligent and act as a resource who a busy leader can depend on. If I say I am going to do something, I’ll do it to the best of my ability. In the event I don’t believe I can manage a task, or will require additional resources or time, I’ll be transparent to ensure we operate proactively and efficiently.
Program Manager
I led the successful launch of two writing programs for a national non-profit organization supporting 80 aspiring authors. This position required stakeholder management, customer service, team collaboration, and administrative task completion. I was also responsible for staff acquisition and calendar management for two programs, as well as creating presentations, course materials, and managing content delivery platforms.
Examples of Success
Administrative Support
My last employer hired me twice, evidencing my ability to be an impactful resource. I’ve served as the port in the storm to assist with all needs. These positions required administrative, clerical, project, and office management skills. Notable long-term changes: proprietary form creation, CRM (ACT!) database development, preparation of office procedure manuals, and establishing a digital file archival system.
Self-Published Author
This role requires creativity, brand development, website design, social media management, content creation, newsletter distribution, and of course, writing and editing. This is a self-motivated career that I have complete ownership of. I have published six fiction novels under a pen-name, with three more in the works. I’ve created my own covers, marketing materials, formatting, and executed publishing procedures.
